Received a new service advisor who proceeded to tell me services were missed (induction service) but later called me saying he made an error since I had a diesel this service wasn't needed. Very concerned after that, and checked all the other serviced he stated I needed. Scary since he knew I had a Duramax and even looked at the engine.
