I requested my vehicle back by a certain time. I dropped off at 8:30 and was told my service would only take 2-3 hours and I told them it was fine because I needed my car ready by 1 pm which was 4 1/2 hours after drop off. I got no status update calls about how the service was going on my car. At 1:10 I still had not heard from the advisor. I had to call in at 1:20 and he was unavailable. I got a call back about 5 minutes later and he said they were wrapping up. My car was not done until 2 pm. Very unhappy and disappointed with the service I received today.

My appointment was at 2:30 pm and I didn’t get any service rep come to my vehicle til about 2:45 pm. Service people walking around like they had stuff to do. Maybe only 3 cars in the line… If you’re short on staff or if you’re sending people home early because it’s Good Friday, then don’t schedule appointments at that time. The guy who came out was the Corvette guy, not the usual service rep and he looked like he was ready to go home at 9 am. He said he was going to text me once it was done. I happen to walk outside and see my truck parked there (no text received)… had been there for about 15 minutes according to the cashier lady. Service was bad today. Not sure how I saw so many dealer of the year awards hanging on your wall in the waiting room… I guess service doesn’t count against that.
