I was a little upset at first , learning I would be waiting 6hours for an alignment. Hayden somehow managed to complete my service in 2 hours and at a lower cost than quoted estimate. I have always Been taken very well care of at Paradise. John Hernandez had been my service rep for over 35 years and many cars.

Mr. Ted Stark is an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt informed and aware of the service that was required to solve the maintenance issues with my Chevy Volt. His professionalism and courteousness was emulated by everyone I encountered. I recommend Paradise Chevrolet for service, parts and future purchases that would meet similar vehicle needs. He went above and beyond his job expectations to ensure that I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. He listened and ask for any additional concerns that I may have or need to take care of with my vehicle. I was provided with timely call backs to share the latest status of my vehicle. Each call back, were all consistent with world class service and professionalism. A moment that Chris found himself in a situation where the part (thermostat) for my vehicle did not have an eta date to complete the service of my vehicle. He offered an option to put me in rental for the weekend, but much to my surprise Chris called back on Friday to let me know of the good news that the part came in and my vehicle will be done and ready for pick up this last Monday. Thank You to Chris for his amazing and world class service. He went above and beyond his level of expectations and he made a significant reputation for a new customer in town. Great Job Paradise for hiring and training exceptional employees and services. I must add that each time I visit your location each of your employees has greeted me with a smile, eye contact, asking for assistance and they are always ready and accommodating to answer my questions and show me to area that i am seeking for service. Disappointed. There is no transportation when needing my car for so long for just an oil change
