Ted went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, especially after dealing with all kinds of unexpected problems with our vehicles. He was very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable on what our vehicles needed. When we unexpectedly had to leave our 2nd vehicle overnight, he made sure to get us set up with a rental at no extra charges. He did an outstanding job and I trust Ted with all future maintenance our vehicles need.

Christopher is the exception to the rule when I think of service writers at dealerships. He consistently goes over and above, understands communication needs and takes time to explain when needed in an emotionally intelligent manor. I feel that when Chris has our truck it is in good hands. I would even say that if it were not for Chris working there I would not be servicing our vehicle at a dealership.
