I would highly recommend Paradise Chevrolet best service I’ve ever had on any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’m sorry I didn’t purchase this vehicle from Paradise but I don’t wanna throw anybody under the bus. They are a top-notch service company and I’m very happy with the service and they communicate with you the whole time your vehicles in the shop Maria is exceptional and a great service provider. Hopefully when they get new trucks in we can purchase a few more trucks from Paradise

I was supposed to have Jon Hernandez at 9:40 but I got a msg saying come at 9:07. Got there about 9:15 n no Jon. They changed service person twice n Peter arrived around 10:30 or 11:00. People arrived after me n were taken care of n left. I sat in car for over an hour before I was helped. Longest I ever waited for service with an appointment n in the heAt. This was first appointment with you n I was upset because it took so long. Once Peter arrived he was great. He knew his job well explained everything n took care of me immediately. He felt bad that I had to wait so long. It wasn’t the best way to start my day. Very unorganized especially for a new customer.
