I do not take my truck anywhere else but this dealership for maintenance and the technician stripped one bolt from one of my center cap wheels and they couldn’t even be honest with me and tell me that the technician made a mistake. I was really upset that day because I had to go around different stores trying to find a bolt that would thread into the wheel to prevent my center cap from falling off. That day cost me an extra 3 hours of my time.
I don’t appreciate dishonesty…..own up to your mistakes and don’t try to throw the mistakes you make in the maintenance area on your customers and act like you have professional technicians working on the vehicles….I went to the maintenance area and I seen some guys in there that don’t look like they are qualified or know what they are doing.
