Geoffrey should get a raise. He was very quick to listen, patient and very prompt with me when I drop my vehicle off. When my vehicle needed more service than I originally requested Geoffrey was not afraid to tell me what the new cost was going to be and made the extra weight for my vehicle worth it because of his professionalism and courteousness. If I need other services in the future from the dealership I would gladly have him as my service advisor again.

Yes indeed, Geoff was very professional. We had a problem with my sun roof. He check to see if the vehicle was under warranty, Apperantly it was not so he told me how much it was going to cost. He incorporated some discounts, and they wash and vacuum my vehicle. Thank you for the great service. While you wait they offer popcorn, cookies, and water, thank you. I received paperwork for the alignment which indicate a few readings in the red. Ted handed me the paper and walked away giving me no indication if things were good, bad or indifferent. Very frustrating as I was unable to offer any explanation to my husband that evening. I have no understanding of what it all means since no explanation was given.
