From the second I arrived I was greeted by Sam who asked me why I was there. He listened to every detail about my reason and immediately tried to seek help for me. At first he wa unsuccessful because most of the service agents were out to their lunch. But after a more thorough check he was able to find Ty. Mr. Ty was incredible. He listened to my problem which was a loud sound in the front right region of my new Blazer. We went for a test drive together and he told me his opinion of a safety issue. He arranged a loner car and got me onto my other day’s responsibilities. The very next day Ty called me to report they found a faulty bearing in the front right wheel axial. Which his mechanics repairs expertly. My wife and I are extremely happy with our service and would highly recommend this service department to anyone needing their expertise. Based upon my experience the owners of this dealership should acutely pay attention to their employees like Sam and Ty who represent their brand to the highest level.
