I waited a long time for Ted to begin our process. I was the 4th vehicle in the lines (2nd in 2nd row). At 30 minutes wait time (I was there at 6:45) he came over to say there was someone ahead of me. When I questioned him about it he said the other client was there at 6:30 and did not wait in the car line, just the waiting room inside. It did not sound genuine. He then also said that he had 4 clients scheduled at 7:00. That is also not good customer service. My time felt disrespected.

We have been a customer for over 20 years. Jon has always taken good care of us. We have had other service advisors not take the time to get things right. The service advisor I first talked with last week said that the brake problem was caused by the battery and it was not covered and would have to pay for service. Without even checking the truck’s battery. Jon took the time to test the battery and it was not the problem. The brake vacuum pump was bad and had it replaced under the power train warranty.
