When speaking to my service advisor, Hayden, I clearly stated I wanted an oil change and tire rotate. At that time he stated that the tire rotate would only be front to back since they are directional tires, to which I stated I was aware and ok with that. The issue is the tire rotate never occurred, which I realized the next day. When I called back in I was told it was not on the paper work for a rotate and it appears I signed the Work Order without it stating a rotate. If I recall I mentioned that but was told it would get done. This is the sons time in service since I bought the vehicle there. Very disappointed I have to be the one to verify a service advisor does their job correctly. The first time I had to argue over quoted pricing (which got resolved well).
