They said they replaced the mirror glass on the passenger side of my XT5. They must not have checked it because it’s still showing only 1/2 the star indicator. Same as it did originally.

I was told my coolant level was really low, and to keep a close eye on it, I was told more than once by my service Adviser that as a courtesy, they would top off my coolant level before I drove off the lot and just to keep an Eye on things. When I checked underneath my hood yesterday August 13th I noticed there was no coolant level it was extremely low so clearly that had not been done by the service advisor or technician atvtime of oil change my concern is, had I not checked underneath my hood yesterday, August 13th, and had I drove my car for 2 more weeks, assuming that my coolant level was filled or topped off, it could have resulted in serious engine damage or failure. I know as the vehicle owner it is my responsibility to maintain keep up with these things, however, I still feel that is no excuse for Paradise not following through on what they claimed to have followed through on, and as a long time customer I'm Disappointed
