I Was helped by Carlos in service department. He was nice and explained everything well. I'm not happy with the fact that I was charged $199.95 to figure out what was going on with the window and door and then on top of that another charge to fix. I already knew what was going on with my door and explained it to you guys wanted you guys to fix it. I understand people shop around to get quotes for service issue before deciding what they are going to do but that wasn't my situation. The $199.95 should of been a credit off my total service repair since I was having it repaired by you not added. I had the same issue with my driver door a year ago and I went next door to GMC and they fixed it without an added charge. I'm very upset about this and think this is bad customer service to your customer especially when they have purchased their car from you. I hope I don't have to return for another issue because it makes me want to take my business somewhere else.
