Parts department communications needs some work. 1) I had to call to get info that my parts were in. Was told last week they were in scheduled appointment with service and day of service found they came in the day before 2) back warehouse were service goes to get parts did not know anything or were parts was.

I was denied service.I was told by a g.m agent to take my car to your establishment to conduct repairs.I understand another dealership damaged the car but I need it fixed at the end of the day.your establishment offered to by my car i denied the offer I pick my car up I was told I can’t drive it it’s unsafe and gave it back with only 2 lugs when I dropped it off with 5.I was also charged 200 for something I already know!thanks for nothing
