Made an early appointment on the 25th for 7:37am for service on fuel system, I was having a few issues with low idling while parking. Jon had mentioned that some fuel issues maybe a cause, he suggested to bring my vehicle in for fuel system clean out jets and throttle body visual and cleaning to clearing any faults. Jon advised me that I had build up of grime and had caused some jet to clog up… after test run Jon & technician agreed that the fuel system clean out was the root cause,,,, I’m grateful for the Paradise team get me back in my comfort zone…!!

Jeffrey Hunt was a fantastic representative. However, cutting out a vehicle wash on service for a car costing over 100k is cheap and will cost more in customer satisfaction than the couple bucks you are saving. On top of that, eliminating a courtesy vehicle is also such a cheap cost savings measure. I paid $25 in lyft fees. I dont want to hear your BS about covid… You cut both, but now covid is over its nothing more than a cheesy cost saving tactic. Plenty of dealerships are picking up the tab for ubers and lyft. Cant wait for my GM survey. My Dad retired from GM in high level management. I grew up in Detroit. It’s truly a shame to pay well over a 100k for a vehicle to pick up my car, like it had been sitting in a walmart parking lot all day. Shame on you Mr. Gilmore, your tight **** tactics are reaching a whole new level these days.
