I’ve worked there for years whenever I brought in my truck lol for any service, have always had great customer service every time. Great and hard working service writers, techs, service managers, etc. never had a bad experience brining my car in. Amazing work.

Professional excellent trouble shooting of electrical Problem.

Peter was great to work with and communicated well. My lack of satisfaction is an overall dissatisfaction with fixing a warning light that happens often and has been brought up both times I’ve brought the truck in without getting the issue fixed. This follows a costly incident in July when my 6 month old brand new truck completely died while on vacation in Northern California. Took half our vacation with a dead truck, jump starting, taking it over an hour away to Watsonville Chevy, rental car etc only to be told we couldn’t find any problem. Looks to be a recurring issue with the Silverado truck, or at least mine.

Great job, I appreciated the communication and friendliness, two things that aren’t as common as I wish they would be.

Hello. Usually I am very satisfied. Unfortunately when I had taken my suburban in for an alignment this last time I wasn’t very satisfied with the amount of time and the lack of communication. I am a single mother. I had my four-year-old son with me and I was without a ride home. I told Landyn I would be staying. I’m not looking for pity or any special treatment. But I think as a professional and for repeat customers, I do believe there is a higher level of customer service when it comes to knowing your customers needs. Two hours in I had gone to find Landyn, and he told me “Can I find you in a second, I’m taking care of something important.” It sounded rude but I understood he was busy. I waited another hour. I wanted to find out how much longer I had and by that time my son and I had been there too long, I needed to leave. I will be honest that I did not let Landon know this time how long I could stay. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:45 AM and asked to get my vehicle about 1 o’clock. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed longer than maybe an hour and a half to two hours waiting for my vehicle WITH communication from other reps. I did also understand that there were many other vehicles there and I was told that there was a strike. I would have felt better if Landyn would have communicated with me throughout my time being there at least once in the 3 hours. I’ve had more courteous experiences with other service reps. I think Landyn just made feel he was too busy to communicate. I don’t doubt Landyn’s hard work and paperwork. I wish I knew he was planning on letting my vehicle be released by 3pm.

Ty is and has been very helpful to me whenever there is an issue with our car. He responds to my concerns in a timely manner. He allows me to vent - to ask questions and he takes the time to work with me. Ty offers a 5-star rating for customer satisfaction. He is an excellent employee in my opinion.
