I was very disappointed with the service I received,I had a 9am appointment forbmyb2018 cadillac ct6 and when I inquired about my vehicle at 1145 came to find out that the service tech had not even looked at my vehicle so I just took my vehicle back since I had a 130 appointment. Very bad customer service

Jeff was great. However as a first time customer I will say that the process of staying w/ vehicle, where to go afterwards, how to pickup and pay, and where to claim your vehicle afterwards left me with questions. It seemed like a hodgepodge of areas needed to travel. I can say that every person I spoke with was very helpful and made me feel welcome and not stupid for asking the process.
