We were frustrated and unsatisfied with the customer service. There was a mistake on your end (Paradise called and offered a complimentary oil service) and Chris said this wasn’t going to happen and treated me as though I could just leave or wait a while as he tends to other customers even though I shared that I was called and made the appointment. He was rude and kept making it seem it was my problem and that I could just leave if not going to pay. He ended up getting a manager named Doug and finally all was approved. But Chris and Doug continued to state all the problems and how they didn’t know why this happened and kept saying how they will need to solve this so no one goes through this and maybe the girls called to offer something not normal and we said that’s not our problem. We do t need to know all the ways they’re dealing with it in their own frustrations. Both Chris and Doug had a tone that was rude and demeaning to me. They did say they would cover the cost but keep saying the sales people don’t know referring to Chris and kept making excuses for him like it wasn’t fair he didn’t know. Instead of saying maybe this wasn’t fair for us the customers. . I said to Doug that the customer service offered by Chris was treating me rude as if all the situation was my problem and I caused it. When the problem was caused by your own company not communicating with each other. He continued to apologize but in a tone that was rude and kept saying all the ways he’s going to deal with it but this was not my problem nor did I need to know.
We did not appreciate this treatment. If we are to ever go back for service or to purchase a car which is not likely, (after going there for 15 years) I would suggest that the customer be treated in a way that is accommodating and not being blamed or treated rudely and saying they’re causing other customers to wait and making excuses for the bad customer service of the service person in this case Chris. Paradise made the mistake and yet we were treated like we were at fault and that you were doing us such a big favor for covering the service. Make sure those making phone calls and offering complimentary service are making sure the Service department knows what’s going on. Very unprofessional and very unfortunate.
