I’m a long time customer & Mr Jon Hernandez being in my support, initially I had some preventative service completed, prior to that service Jon & I had a little side bar discussion in reference to engine icon being on several times within the last 45 days or so. I forward as much information as possible and if time allowed to see if the technician could research it,,,, well after several tasks less time, the error could not respond,,,, we decided to make another attempt when I had the next reoccurring issue. The very same day going home I had the same symptoms as previous morning,,,, so I immediately called Jon and we agreed to bring my vehicle back,,,, after several attempts we found the cause & resolved it by sharing my concerns with Jon who forwarded all data with the team. I’m will continue to be a very proud customer plus the total cost was very reasonable. It does matter that quality service & plus back up support are of the highest trained & certified to carry all tasks to the utmost levels of professionalism.
