Ted went above and beyond which is his normal service so no complaints. I originally bought my used Traverse at the Toyota dealership with a warranty extension and it was put to good use on my AC system which needed repair. My Traverse had to stay in the shop a couple of days in part because Ted had to communicate and work with Toyota financing for them to cover the major repair which was over $2000. Ted spent extra time providing them with everything they needed to satisfy them and kept me in the loop the entire time. Love his caring 110% attitude toward customer service.

Landyn was wonderful as always. I didn’t have to wait long for my Vehicle service. I was extremely disappointed to learn about the 3% service fee for credit card payments. I’m sure Paradise Chevrolet makes enough money to cover the expense of a credit card merchant fee. This alone makes me reconsider bringing my vehicle back to this location for service.

Zero communication when dropped off truck on a Friday I was immediately put on the back burner for service. Having to call every day to find out if they worked on vehicle to find nothing was done disappointed me. After third day they worked on just changing transmission fluid but not scanning truck I was done and told them I was going to pick it up. Service guy useless
