Apparently Paradise has decided not to continue the availability of a shuttle service, something I consider a very valuable part of their service. Also you have now decided to charge for the use of credit cards. It seems your management has taken the path of greed, something that has become prevalent in business these days. I feel that Paradise has lost its way as far as customer service is concerned. As far as the knowledge and service I received from Jeffrey it was excellent.
