There are two (2) unresolved issues related to my service appointment at your dealership on 03/05/24. Issue #1): at the time of my service appointment, your service rep, Chris O’Neill, personally fixed my non-working tire pressure monitor (front tire - passenger side). However, the same tire pressure monitor stopped working again shorty after I left your dealership the afternoon of my service appointment on 03/05/24. Issue 2): shortly after I drove off your dealership parking lot after my car service was completed, I noticed that my car began pulling strongly to the right, most noticeably upon applying the brakes when driving. Although this problem / issue could be coincidental, I have never noticed my car pulling strongly to the right prior to my service appointment at your dealership on 03/05/24.
Please note that today (03/06/24), I attempted to contact your Service Advisor Chris O’Neill to discuss these two unresolved issues. However, I was not able to reach Chris. I did leave a voicemail message for him at 1:11pm on 03/06/24, requesting that Chris contact me. However, so far, I have not heard back from Chris regarding these two unresolved issues.
