My Service Manager Ted was great , but when I called Service to book my Cadillac Escalade in for Warranty issues I asked please have a rental Vehicle for me as I’ll need one , the **** the phone off-course we will have a vehicle for you , I dropped my vehicle off at Service and went to rental place and they said sorry we don’t have any loaners , Ted was so kind and dropped me off at work , I bought a 140k Vehicle and your dealership can’t even provide me a Loaner , moving forward Ted told me to call 1 day in advance to make sure and if you can’t I will be taking my Escalade to another dealer which treats customers the correct way.

Trevor was very knowledgeable and helpful, I have been taking my whole entire fleet and personal vehicles to Temecula Valley GMC for years.
