Ted is so professional and curious to customers, I know!!!! I was in the business with Hoehn motors in Carlsbad, CA and was at the Cadillac, GMC , Buick dealership for 81/2 years!!!! As in Sales Manager, Sales and Finance Mgr, From calling into setting up appt to coming and meeting him he was so great!!! What an asset! Definitely use him and Paradise again.

I was excited that Ted was able to get everything covered by my warranty company. I always enjoy working with Ted. He’s a great consultant for me when working with Paradise ChevroletThe only issue I had was the person who made the appointment put down that I needed an oil change which I did not request. When I made the appointment, I only told her that I needed something done about my antilock brake system and when I went in, that is the only thing that I informed Ted about and all other problems were found out during the inspection, but not that I needed an oil change. I unfortunately got charged for the oil change when I just got an oil change just about a month or a month and a half prior to and the oil change was done without verification that it needed to be done and I had to pay full price for the oil change, which was not necessary at this time of service
