My car is still making rattling noises. It’s a brand new car with 1600 miles on it and it’s been making these noises pretty much since the first week I got it. Also, I requested to have an extended warranty on this car as my car has completely died at stoplights now three times. I have not heard back from anyone from Paradise regarding this. I also still have a part. That’s apparently on backorder, but it’s been almost a month so I haven’t heard anything about that either.

Ty was extremely courteous. Kept me in the loop with texts and phone calls. Answered questions about my warranty. And my car was charged and clean when it was returned. The last time when the battery was replaced it was returned so dirty from sitting on the lot for 2 weeks that the door was gritty under my hand. I wasn’t pleased. This was an entirely different experience. Ty was awesome.

Chevy- what you did re the C7 3lt dash is a damn shame. I have to pay a few grand to put in a new piece that’s no longer made because of improper build, so essentially I get punished for buying a 3lt- I would have been better off with a one or two that doesn’t have warped leather dash issues, and costs less. Shame on you.
When a replacement dash was tracked down, it arrived all damaged, so I didn’t buy it. James bent over backwards to help find me one, and surprise! He is sent damaged parts after an almost 2 week wait.
You guys need to get it together.
And a 3% fee to pay via credit card?
I’ll be seeing Jimmy Johnson next time.

Strike 2! We’ve been taking our vehicle to our dealership for 5 years and your staff are now con artist and uneducated in truck repairs. My sensors were working fine and when they changed my oil they messed up my sensors. Last time I was there they didn’t call me and made a repair with out my consent and I was charged $600.000. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic to take care of the damaged sensors your mechanic left me with today. Temecula Paradise will no longer have my business.
