Ty was very on top of staying in contact with me on the progress and status of my vehicle also the2 items that I question they checked out did get it running and that's good also looks like I need to replace my Cue screen so that's on the back burner for now .

Michael was great, I actually am thankful he was able to help me out.
The Service Management as a whole was not great. I didn’t like how they handled my issue and honestly feel like the manager was not trying to help me at all. Michael probably ended up getting reprimanded unfortunately, but honestly the leads/managers should be talked to about their customer service skills and remind them that customers come first. They should remember to listen and understand…. Not always be by the books. Their management was a negative experience and will probably not go back to this dealership for anything.
Micheal though, thank you again, for making it right. I appreciate your honestly and your commitment to customer service. You deserve a raise, sir.
