3 hours and 20 minutes. I told the girl when I scheduled the oil change I would be waiting. I can’t believe it took 3 hours and 20 minutes to change oil, fuel filter and cabin filter. I highly doubt I’ll schedule another oil change with you. Sorry. I had an appointment! Obviously it was not honored.

Landon was wonderful.
However, when I booked my appointment I asked for a loaner vehicle. When I arrived I was told that I would have to pay to rent it. So, I sat for 3.5 hours waiting. I live 30 miles away. I spoke with someone twice in service and they never told me that ahead of time.
