Jon was great. The blonde lady in charge of the cashiers just came off rude when I asked about a discount that could be applied. She should have just said let me see what I can do and not lecture me on how I should have submitted when I brought in my car. I don’t need a lecture I’m a paying customer. She just needs to do better. Maybe she was having a bad day.
