First, I had to wait beyond my appointment time. Then I got moved to a new lane and was pushed further back. I had requested a rental car, turned in a suburban, got a small trailblazer that dod not satisfy my needs. Furthermore, they did not put down that I needed a car which delayed my tine. My rental car broke down on freeway and would not start. Was making a noise and had an electrical issue.
