Chris was a great help from start to finish. He gave me all the info I needed to know that my truck was in good hands. I had my 4 year old son with me that day also and even though we were only there a short while, after we left and got home he told his mom he had a new friend named Chris. That's big in my book, thanks Chris.

My truck is a commercial work truck. Every day you have it, I am out of business. The system of checking in with a service writer and then parking the truck before the technician gets to it, could be better. In my case, the truck was there 5 days before the transmission expert looked at it. That's about a $5000 loss to my company before it was able to be diagnosed. I could have taken it home and driven back the day before they were ready to look at it. There should be a different system for commercial vehicles. Otherwise Jon was professional, courteous and communicated almost daily with updates. The repair is only a day old but appears to have been done to a highly professional standard. I also feel that warranty repairs and recalls should take priority over standard out of warranty repairs. However, I have been to bob stall, courtesy and quality Chevrolet and your dealership is far better than all of them.
