Im writing to express my dissapointment at Chevrolet Temecula for my Silverado 1500. While the overall service was okay, I was surprised to discover that the tire rotation ( that i was charged for) was not performed. I Marked my tires & Noticed they were all the same. I Find that concerning given the importance of tire rotation for vechicle safety. Id like to know what steps can be taken to correct this issue. I look forward to your response.

I really appreciate Peter’s ability to work with the warranty company. He’s great at what he does! Please keep Peter on your team as long as possible.
We had to work with Gosch one time because our vehicle was towed to the nearest dealer. Our service facilitator had the hardest time working with the warranty company and even complained about them to us. It was difficult trying to deal with Gosch and with him. My kids made a joke about it, using a meme. You may have to look it up. It goes,
“Mom, can we have McDonald’s?”
“No, we have McDonalds at home.”
And then there’s a picture of a wonder bread wrapped around a patty.
They adapted the joke and the whole time we were waiting for a new transmission at Gosch they said:
“Mom, can we have Peter?”
“No, we have Peter at home.”

Anyway, Peter is at legendary status in our home and I thought you all should know that.

James is always great to work with. He worked up three different quotes for tires for my 2014 Corvette Z51. He tried to do the buy 3 get 1 for $1 for me but the offer didn’t work for the Corvette. Originally he thought they would need the car for overnight but he was able to get it detailed the same day.
The car handles great with the new tires and the detail crew always makes the car look like it came off the showroom floor.
