My appointment was not actually scheduled apparently because I used the phone app to schedule it. So I had to leave the car and uber back and forth. C’mon man! minor league’s. Fix the app. In 20years with Toyota nothing like that has ever happened. Let’s go! Jeff did great work.

I specifically mentioned when I dropped off my vehicle that the last time I had service on this vehicle it was returned to me with dirty steering wheel, gear shift handle, and door handle . This time the same exact problem, even though I dropped off my vehicle with a plastic steering wheel cover on it. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I was happy with the service advisor. James did a great job explained everything to me. The part I was unhappy about was it took over two hours to get an oil change done and Zirk fittings greased little bit too long for my standards and a few other customers that were in the waiting roomupon getting home my truck is lifted, but I can see that my torsion bars were full of handprints of oil and my crossmember also oily hands prints smudges just would hope that they would quality control this so this wouldn’t happen in the future

It was the absolutely worst customer service experience at a car dealership in my life. I will be leaving a Yelp review to share my experience as well. I booked my appointment through your app. I said that I would be waiting for the oil change at the dealership. It scheduled me out a couple of weeks so I figured it took into account that I was going to wait for the service. I arrived on time and the service at 10am as scheduled. I was told by the service advisor that it would be at least a 2 1/2 wait for the oil change. To make matters worse he said that the whole department goes to lunch at 11am for an hour to complain about current politics, so I better plan for three hours. I asked if you guys provide a shuttle. Answer no. Do you spring for a Lyft. Answer No. I pay for my own Lyft. I get a call when my car is finished and the price was $20 more than advertised on the website because it doesn’t cover a Corvette even though I enter the year, make, and model of my car. Typical bare and switch. Please know that I own a MBZ and a Lexus too. Both dealerships provide cars if the service is longer than an hour. I bought my son. New Hyundai and even they spring for a Lyft both directions. Your dealership is the flagship for why people don’t want to buy American.
