Trevor was great however everywhere I have been they have at least offered a complimentary wash . Moreover, gas app client popped on the screen so I’m guessing they didn’t do full update. Other than that I hope they did what they said they did as far as the 7500 check went. I’d rate customer engagement ( Trevor as a 9/10) my experience overall was a 6 /10 considering I had to call for a ride to go home because I was told it’ll be about 4-5 hours and then 2 hrs later I got a message saying car was ready so had to get a ride back !!! I think you could do better for I know yall try hard !

Ted was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained what my car may need based on the mileage and gave me a cost estimate upfront before I agreed on the parts and service. Ted gave me an estimate on when my car would be done and updated me when the time changed. It was refreshing to have someone in customer service with such respect and a personal, kind demeanor.
