Jeff is the best advisor. He’s very responsive and communicative and I know my car is safe. As a single mom with zero knowledge about cars, that is priceless. Jeff is one of the reasons why my next car will be a Chevy.

I specifically mentioned when I dropped off my vehicle that the last time I had service on this vehicle it was returned to me with dirty steering wheel, gear shift handle, and door handle . This time the same exact problem, even though I dropped off my vehicle with a plastic steering wheel cover on it. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I was happy with the service advisor. James did a great job explained everything to me. The part I was unhappy about was it took over two hours to get an oil change done and Zirk fittings greased little bit too long for my standards and a few other customers that were in the waiting roomupon getting home my truck is lifted, but I can see that my torsion bars were full of handprints of oil and my crossmember also oily hands prints smudges just would hope that they would quality control this so this wouldn’t happen in the future
