Ms Juanita was great. The guys who brought my vehicle once it was done moved my driver mat and put in trunk why? You guys have paper covers for this. When I had my nissan took it to the dealer they wash my car am not sure if this is something toyota does or is it extra.

For most part I'm happy with claremont toyota... Their customer service is always great but I do have an issue with setting an appointment for 8:15 a.m and not getting out of there till 11:20 which made me late for work.... I made sure to let them know as well I had to be at work....
I also saw alot of ppl go first when I had been there waiting for awhile... What's the point of setting an appointment?? I'm used to them taking 1 1/2 to 2 hours max especially because I should be priority since I made an appointment.... I normally don't complain but I did get frustrated when I saw my truck parked across the street for more then 25 mins and nobody was coming to get me so I finally went to the service desk an asked and the female working the counter said they'll probably get me soon, another 15-20 mins passed by and nothing... So when you have to go looking for your advisor is not a good thing... My advisor was Juanita by the way and she was very nice but not very happy with today's overall service... Left my car for a recall service and tire rotation with multi inspection. Arrived there around 9:30am and I had to ask my neighbor to drop me off to pick the car around 5pm. Service rep promised me that I am in good hand and she would taking care of me. She didn’t even know that Toyota had extended an additional 3k mile to the original 25k Toyota care service. I had to convinced her that it is true. After more than 5hrs, she called me that the car is done and she arranged the Lift. I waited for more than 1hr and half, still no phone call. I called at least 7 times and I could not reach her. I believed she got pissed offf the fact she doesn’t know about the extended 3k from the start. Regular customers are very smart, they shop and search around before they go to do their services. It seems to me that customers have no rights and assumed that they are sooo stupid, Wrong! I purchased lots of cars from y’all from the past, verified it plus referrals(4cars). With this experience lately I felt cheated and mistreated. Very disappointed!
