I was called twice to leave my house because my vehicle was ready. Why then did I easily wait 15-20 minutes once I got to the dealership? If I'm getting a phone call, I, the customer, am expecting that the phone call that I'm getting implies that the paperwork is ready as well. Very dissatisfied with the wait time.
