Good afternoon Jeremy W, was great very professional and polite he delivery my truck back as he said by 05:00pm ty Jeremy. My concern was that l dropped off my Tacoma for a fuel pump recall, the eta is 5 hours window which is fine if l will have a loaner or aleast a ride to my house the get another car not only 10 miles distance Uber service,but is fine no worries,friend of my drop me off around 03:40pm so l went to the waiting area and see my truck on the delivery area l said great should be done they’re gong to call me or text me anytime nothing happens until l went and ask the porter driver what was the deal with my truck parked on the ready lane he said because is ready,so l went to the cashier and give her my name she ask me if l was called out l told her not but my truck was sitting there for the last 30mins she shows me a key and ask if we’re mines so calls l guess Jeremy the she told that he will call rt way,he did and told me that the key was misplaced at the cashier .they took my around 04:05pm and Jeremy told me no worries l will get you out before 05:00pm which he did ty Jeremy again. My only concern is how an eta job of 2hours acoording with the website gets done on 35 mins even do on my invoce the labor is marked that the mechanic took 2 hours,Jeremy told me it was done because he put 2 mechanics on my truck l told Jeremy that l wasn’t happy because when you do a job on a hurry could be a mistake like misplaced the keys or bolts or even a fuel pump to end l requested to bring the old fuel pump to take a pic with my phone which he did. Reviews are to provide a better or exepctional service so your customer can be satisfy.l bought my truck 4 times already and not planning to sale it.l just want you to be better not only for for the rest or your customers. 1.-provide loaner If the eta is more then an hour we can accomplish a lot of things an one hour unstead to be on a waiting room. 2.-check the labor time for repairs as l just confirm a fuel pum can be done less an one hour. 3.-fix your courtesy car wash is been broken for the last 3 visits lm pretty sure you don’t deliver dirty cars at the time of the closing time or delivery the key to anew Toyota owner. Hopefully this help you to provide a better service on the future l will find out on my next service. Thanks. Marco L

Jeremy was excellent. I accidentally took my keys with me after dropping my car off. Jeremy came to the nail shop where I was in a golf cart and picked up the keys with a smile on his face. He was very personable and pleasant. I will ask for him every time I come in.

I'd rather take my car to Mexico next time for the work to be done it would have probably been done sooner than almost 2 months. Never have I heard of a deductible being more than what a deductibles initial price of $1,000 being increased to $1,113 that to me is just beyond me. The only good thing I have to say is in regards to your rental car place not the one by Toyota but the other one that guy is awesome.

Contents of the glove box were on the floor. Car was dirty inside and I found some tools under the driver seat. An air condition vent was stuck open and I couldn't move it, so I brought the car back into Service Dept and spoke with Manager Mike and he fixed vent. I have been coming to Claremont Toyota for 14 years and my car has never been in that condition.

I need help with some of the amenities. I asked 4 help. It was written on my work sheet, but I never saw Candace. Somebody changed the info on the message window in front of the steering wheel. I like a digital speed read out & I can’t figure out how to get it back. The manual does not help my level of ability to figure technical things out.
