I purchased my vehicle 6 months ago and paid cash. I purchased extended warranty and Alarm system. I was quite upset with the way I was treated by The person that answered the phone and the service agent. It was about a key that I received from the dealership. I had to have my car towed and could not get confirmation it arrived there. I was able to speak to the manager and he assured me this will not happen again. I’m very happy with the dealership and hope this was an isolated incident

Mr. Wright has been the go to service advisor in my family. I appreciate him very much. My young son had to take over things I normally took care off while I was dealing with a medical issue.
Jeremy treated my son no different than if he was dealing with me, a salty older man. I've dealt with numerous service advisors in the past and by far Jeremy has been a pleasure to work with.
