No my car smelled like gas after picking it up and still does. I called Olivia and she did not call me back after I called twice. I called Toyota services again and they lady said that she would give me a call back and never did. I am still waiting. I found a rag with gasoline underneath my backseat from the service provided

Luis kept me informed every step of the way about the progress being made on my car being serviced. He also coached me about how to use the new (to me) Lyft service the dealer contracts with to transport customers who have no other way to and from the dealership while their cars are being serviced, in place of the Courtesy Shuttle. Since I use a walker, Luis was attentive to ensure I was safe maneuvering about at the dealership.
