As with past appointments, Jesus was very helpful in addressing my concerns about my vehicle. He was friendly and professional. Service was provided in a reasonable amount of time while I was able to wait in their very comfortable and well-appointed customer lounge. While I didn’t partake of the refreshments provided, I have during past appointments and am grateful that they are available. Restroom was also well-maintained as always.

Chris was great. He checked my tire pressures I had low tire alarm. He also went ahead and did a 15 step inspection. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained to me the results of his inspection also update my radio app.

We had two appointments last week the first appointment we were told they were taking the walk-ins first and we would have to wait 1.5-2 hours to get our scheduled service. We made the appointment so we didn’t have to be treated like a walk-in. What’s the point of having an appointment if our time is not honored in a timely manner. That’s not a great way to start a relationship with a new Subaru owner. I never was told to wait hours at the Chevy dealership. I asked to speak with the manager at the first service but was told they were off. No one offered to remedy the situation and we had to leave due to the offered wait time. We had to make another appointment to get our service. Our second appointment which we actually received our scheduled service, was fine.

When they rotated my tires, they forgot to install the sensors. So now it's saying my tire pressure is low, and I live 60 miles from the store. So I'm a little upset.
