I paid to have my tires rotated and I could tell that they weren’t moved due to how I mowed and blew grass on the passenger ones and they were the same I’ve tried to get someone to call me I’ve left voicemails and at this point I will never buy anything from a donwoods lot or service again and will make sure everyone knows that you pay for something and they don’t do it in the service department

No problem with Cassandra. She was very nice and loaned me a car to take home my groceries but felt your prices are way too high for most people. I started out with a tire rotation and ended up with rear brakes replaced and stripped stud. I thought it was going to be $250 and got back and it was $353. Most people can’t afford the labor charges that you charge. Will have to see about the future. Some of the 4 hours I waited was for the mechanic to eat his lunch.
