Cassie was very helpful with the whole process. I grew up in the auto service world but this was my first extended warranty experience with a used vehicle. It was a little murky drawn out from a timing standpoint dealing with an adjuster etc . Once she got the go ahead I was surprised that all the parts came in as shorter time frame than I expected due to the GM strike etc so the overall experience was great .
