Don Wood Chevrolet always takes good care of my vehicle, I appreciate that. The only bad part of my most recent visit was the cost. I knew in advance what I needed done and was told that it would cost me approximately $150, the actual cost was $278, a rather substantial difference. When I looked at my invoice, the part I needed was $125, and the labor equaled that. I was in and out of the shop in a total of 35 minutes, so I felt the labor charge was a bit excessive. Other than that, I’m satisfied.

I would suggest that oil/grease be wiped off the body panels after work is completed. I had to clean areas of hood, doors, and bed. I realize most folks are not as **** as I am about my vehicle. It went in clean, I expected to receive it in the same manner. Sorry, I am not commenting to offend anyone. You asked!

Usually they check tire pressure when doing a service visit but this time they actually let pressure out down to 30lbs. They are supposed to be at 35lbs. That makes me wonder what else isn't getting done correctly
