No need to contact me. Made an appointment to get 4 tires and alignment and was told after I showed up at the scheduled time that the vendor had delivered the wrong tires. Had to reschedule for the following week. This cost me a total of 1 day of vacation plus a loss of 3 hrs. pay when I showed up at the rescheduled appt.!
He did comp my alignment which I thought was a decent gesture.
Nobody is perfect. But would it have killed someone to actually verify that the correct tires had been delivered before my appointment date?
