Very polite, courteous and excellent customer service

Rolando was super. No complaints at all He was courteous efficient and professional. My problem is that I’m having doubts that the service that I paid for was really performed. I asked for the fluids to be topped off but that was not done until I lifted up the hood and complained about it. That leaves me to wonder What else was NOT DONE?

Carlos is the best! I drive 65 miles to have my car serviced with you, when there is another VW dealer only 15 minutes away. Because TRUST. I'm very particular about my car and Carlos is the only one I trust.

I recently bought this vehicle on Facebook marketplace. I brought it up to VW because I heard that the recall work was free. I thought that going ahead and doing the oil change and having your team take a look at it would be no issue. When I brought it in here there was a check engine light to which The representative asked if I would like to have it serviced. I said that I would not And I preferred to address it down the road. There really was no issues as some of the miscommunication was on my part because I was unsure of what I needed to look for because I’ve never owned a diesel before. However, the 50 point inspection revealed multiple things that would cost me an excess of $6000 to repair. I was initially not happy and surprised to find that the vehicle was in this poor of shape. That is not your issue. The biggest issue that I have is I paid a little bit more than what I was anticipating. And the other issue that I have is the condition of which the vehicle was returned to me. There were multiple lights on the dash that were not there prior to the service. The inside of the vehicle smelled like diesel fuel. I was told that the vehicle would be cleaned up and taken care of. It was not. My biggest issue is now I am driving on with multiple lights that were not there prior to having service done at Brandon Volkswagen. I will not be leaving poor Google reviews as I am not malicious and I don’t believe in individuals that leave bad reviews putting a bad mark on companies publicly. I am however very disappointed in the condition that the vehicle was returned. I came in under good faith that VW would take care of me as a customer and I Feel that did not happen.

Rolando is awesome! He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was very honest and upfront with me. I had a great experience at Volkswagen Brandon with their service department from the time I made the appointment to the time my car was ready for pick up. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Volkswagen Brandon.
