I noticed a scratch on the drivers side door which was. Or there before. Also, the sticker showing the oil change did not reflect the actual mileage on the car. It was about 400 miles greater than the odometer.

Overall the last few times I've visited your location I haven't had the best experiences. From the Service staff constantly reminding me of the $50 deductible (about 6 times per one visit) if I was worried about $50 I wouldn't have bought a VW. Plus items suddenly NOT COVERED under CPO warranty, along with my car being kept 2 nights after drop-off with ZERO contact from Service dept, even after messages left. VW is "Das Volkswagen", meaning, "The People's Car" but your dealership portrays, "the Persons Car in which the sales rep makes the most commission off off" is the highest priority. My personal experience here is (not including the sales associate that sold me the car) is that people like me are not welcome at your service dept.

They were supposed to arrange for an Uber to come and pick me up nobody would answer the phone over there to help get somebody to pick me up I dropped off at 10 o’clock in the morning and it wasn’t ready until 4 o’clock in the afternoon the professionalism from Carlos is unacceptable he tells me while they’re all busy and that’s why he can get back to me which is an acceptable reason for him to not be able to answer the phone

The vacuum brake hose was left loose and my wife could not brake coming out of the dealer, this is something the tech should have notice pulling the vehicle out of the service bay
