Although it took a couple of return trips to get the problem fixed I felt that Burke and the mechanic working on my pilot really wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. Had early morning appointment for a basic b1 service since I needed vehicle to go to work at around noon. I expressed this fact at drop off and was told it would take around 2 hours. 4 hours later, I received a text informing me that they would let me know it was done. After another 1.5 hours, I could not reach anyone by phone for an update (no reply to my text or phone message). Ultimately, my wife called the sales department and got to talk to someone.
