The service manager was lovely. It is, however, ridiculous to schedule an appointment at 1pm and then sit there for two hours. My car didn’t go in for another hour. In the future I will request a ride home and pickup because the appointment time isn’t actually for an appointment, it’s just to drop off the car, which I could do that morning and not spend two hours in a room with people not wearing masks.

Sonja was incredibly helpful in a very stressful situation. My newly-purchased Honda HR-V was suddenly showing multiple warning codes (parking brake, emissions system, and tire pressure). It was a Saturday, Livermore Honda was busy, and I had no service appointment. Nevertheless, Sonja managed to have my HR-V seen by a technician and made roadworthy again - just before I was due to drive the HR-V from California to Colorado. Sonja’s customer service was truly exceptional. I am so grateful for Sonja’s assistance.

The service person was great to explain the items of service. I agreed to do full service + water pump replacement. When the water pump was not in stock no one contact me for option or update. The service department was about close and no one contact me the status. It is unacceptable for me.
