The car wasn’t washed. We had to find someone to reset the oil change warning. It wasn’t changed after the oil was changed. And, after calling it took a two weeks wait to get the oil changed. We would recommend a Hyundai. We like the car. We do not recommend Bentley Hyundai.

I was told that my car needed a new transmission. When I talked to the service manager he told me that his technician said they dropped the pan and gears was in the pan. Knowing that isn’t possible when my at was still pulling down the road. Then when I came to pay my diagnostic fee I was told by Stephanie that it has only been put on a machine and that y’all don’t rebuild transmissions a new one just gets put in. Now when my car was there to get a new motor it went in fine and came out needing a new transmission after only being driven 2 weeks. I don’t understand how this happens. And how any company expects someone to pay $7000 for a transmission when it could only be 1 part needed

Can't believe that my car is only two years old and needed a new transmission. And then I had to wait over a month to get it fixed. I was happy they gave me a car to use while I was waiting for mine to get fixed. I was disappointed that when I received my car back that it was not cleaned inside and was not even washed on the outside. The people were very nice and helpful to me while dealing with this issue.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service that I have received I the past 3 1/2 months from the service department on my vehicle. It has been in the service dept 4 times in that period of time and it continues to do the same thing, only each time, it always seems to be something different that is causing it go go in limp mode. I have paid over $1400.00 for repairs and when I picked it up on 01/18/2023,less than 8 hours had passed and it did the same exact thing again, going into limp mode. I am extremely irritated with the whole situation and I have sent a letter to Hyundai Motors hoping that someone can remedy this situation.
