Had to pay 130 dollars to get an analysis of what was wrong with my engine. And the explanation I was given is that something is wrong in the lower engine. “Rod bearings or main bearings, are knocking ...not sure which” I have made a career out of maintaining aircraft so I already knew it was making a noise. I’ve been a Nissan guy my entire life but swapped over to Hyundai (I have three now) because Nissan cannot seem to make a transmission. Ow I am left wondering g if Hyundai can make an engine due to the poor explanation. I am also questioning where the customer support is? I feel like I paid 130 dollars for something I already knew “it’s making a noise”. I was quoted 5900 dollars for a used engine with 77k miles on it or 7500 dollars for a long block. A local mechanic quoted me an engine with 52k miles with warranty for 3K dollars and they didn’t charge me 130 dollars for help. So in summary the local shop provides a more welcoming experience, at a better price but the difference is I bought the vehicle from your dealership. I got better service from Nissan and their transmissions cost less than your engines and the service is better. Note: the lady at the service center that checked me in was very pleasant but it was downhill from there. I do not feel like I got much effort from Hyundai. I’m sure 7500 for a long block is full price which is sad as a full price replacement for a defective engine with 112k miles. I was looking at buying another Hyundai but now I feel like selling the three I have.

Lori, was polite and efficient. Had 8:30 appointment for oil change. Was told it should be ready by11. Thought that was a little long for an oil change but car was ready at 10:30., so cannot complain.

There’s a cut in my tire. Forgot to tell Bentley when I came in for service, but thought nothing about it because tires should’ve been rotated and problem caught. Tires weren’t rotated as tire with cut was in same position, front/passenger-side, as when I dropped it off. Not Lori’s fault, but service technician should’ve seen problem through inspection as expected and noted as documented.
