Ok, to begin with, my vehicle has been a little bit of a nightmare for me, which had nothing at all to do with Bentley Hyundai, however Bill has tried to do his best for me I think. The problem is that when my car came out of the service dept,my air conditioner was not blowing cold air, when previously it went in, was extremely cold. I don't know what happened, but I called Bill and he told me to bring it in to be looked at, but it's already been in the service department for 2 months and I know that if it's looked at again, I will be charged again. It just seems like to me that everything should have been ok when I picked it up.

Justin was a very kind and caring service advisor. I called the service department while I was stuck on the side of the road. Justin gave me the number to the Roadside Assistance and told me he would watch out for my vehicle. He did everything that was within his power to make this experience as stress free as possible. My vehicle was dropped off by the towing company after hours. Justin called me immediately the next morning. I appreciate Justin’s attention to my vehicle.
